Your Phoenix Party Bus & Group Transportation Company
Phoenix is the fifth-largest city in the country, and moving a group across the Valley without the right transportation plan is a genuine logistical puzzle. The I-10 backs up between downtown and Tempe every evening rush. Loop 101 near Scottsdale sits at a near-standstill on Cardinals game days.
Surface parking at State Farm Stadium in Glendale runs $30 to $50 per car, and after a Monday Night Football game, it takes 45 minutes just to reach the on-ramp. Put a group of 30 people in separate cars and half of them will miss the first quarter.
Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona solves the Valley's sprawl problem in one booking. Since 2011, we've coordinated thousands of group trips — Cactus League spring training shuttles, Cardinals and Suns game days, wedding weekends between Scottsdale venues and Paradise Valley resorts, school field trips to the Musical Instrument Museum, and late-night bachelorette crawls down Scottsdale Road. Our 24/7 reservation team is always a quick call away, and because we provide all-inclusive pricing with no surprises, you know exactly what you're paying before you ever confirm.
From a 14-passenger Sprinter for an executive airport pickup to a 56-passenger charter bus for a convention shuttle, we match the right vehicle to your group. Call 480-425-9845 any time!

What Does a Phoenix Party Bus Cost Per Hour?
Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona delivers all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds — you will know the exact number before you ever confirm a reservation. Phoenix party bus and charter bus rental prices run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.

Reasons to Choose Our Phoenix Party Bus Service
The Valley of the Sun is enormous. Phoenix proper covers more than 500 square miles, and a group trip from downtown to Glendale is a different highway conversation than a run from Tempe to Scottsdale. Getting your crew from Point A to Point B without someone getting lost on the Loop 202 or spending 20 minutes hunting a parking spot on Indian School Road — that's the problem we exist to solve.
When you book with Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona, you get a 24/7 reservation team that knows the Valley's freeway patterns and event schedules, exact all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds, a fleet range that handles a 6-person VIP run as comfortably as a 200-person corporate shuttle contract, and ADA-accessible vehicles always available on request. We've coordinated transportation for Arizona Cardinals tailgates where the Glendale surface lots close two hours before kickoff, for bachelorette parties that run from Fashion Square to Old Town to Scottsdale Road and back again, and for school field trips where the Musical Instrument Museum's group entrance is on the east side of the building and the bus staging area fills up early. That local knowledge is what you're getting along with the vehicle.

Party Bus & Group Transportation Services in Phoenix
Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona coordinates group transportation for every occasion across the Valley and beyond. Whatever brings your group together — a Suns game, a Scottsdale bachelorette weekend, a corporate conference at the Phoenix Convention Center, or a spring training afternoon in Mesa — we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 480-425-9845 to get your group moving!

Phoenix Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034) handles roughly 50 million passengers a year across three terminals — Terminals 3 and 4 are the main commercial hubs, with Terminal 2 now decommissioned. Ground transportation pickup is on the Arrival Level (Level 1) at the designated commercial vehicle zones outside each terminal. The critical piece: do not call for the bus until your entire group has collected bags and assembled at the agreed-upon terminal door.
Sky Harbor traffic on the inner roadways is heavily managed by airport police, and buses have limited staging time at the curb.
We also serve Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (6033 S Sossaman Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212), the Valley's secondary airport that handles a growing number of Allegiant and Southwest routes, and Scottsdale Airport for charter and private arrivals. For groups connecting from Sky Harbor to a hotel in Tempe, a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center, or a resort in Scottsdale, a Phoenix airport shuttle bus handles it all in one vehicle — no juggling multiple rideshares across three different terminals. Call 480-425-9845 to book your Sky Harbor group pickup today.

Phoenix Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Town Scottsdale is the obvious anchor for a Phoenix bachelorette party — it's where the bars, rooftop lounges, and nightclubs stack up within walking distance of each other. But getting a group of 20 from a Scottsdale hotel to the bars on Scottsdale Road, then across to clubs near Camelback without losing half the group in a parking garage or a rideshare wait, is where the night falls apart. A Phoenix party bus rental keeps everyone together from the first pre-party drink to the last call.
Kick off at The Saguaro Hotel pool bar in Scottsdale, hit Bottled Blonde (7340 E Shoeman Lane, Scottsdale, AZ 85251) or Maya Day & Nightclub (7333 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251), and close it out at whatever the group decides — the bus stays with your itinerary, not a fixed route. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses include the onboard bar, the LED lighting, and the Bluetooth sound your crew wants on the ride between stops. No drawing straws for who drives.

Phoenix Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Phoenix has a thriving quinceañera and Sweet 16 scene, with event venues spread across the Valley from Chandler to Glendale. A party bus arrival is one of the most unforgettable entrances a guest of honor can make — and with our fleet, everything from the color scheme to the playlist can be tailored to the celebration. Whether the venue is El Zocalo Event Center (3573 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85019), Los Arcos Ballroom (1800 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286), or a private venue in Mesa, we'll have the right bus waiting at the pickup address.
For milestone adult birthdays heading to rooftop cocktails at Federalist Public House in Chandler or a late night at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row (7295 E Stetson Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85251), one party bus keeps your guest list together — nobody navigating Loop 101 in the dark after a night out. Call 480-425-9845 to plan your Phoenix birthday celebration!

Phoenix Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Valley's concert circuit runs from downtown all the way out to the west end of Glendale, and parking at every major venue is its own separate frustration. Footprint Center (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) sits right in the heart of downtown, where surface lots on Jefferson fill fast and street parking along 1st and 2nd Streets is metered and limited. Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (2121 N 83rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85035) puts 20,000 fans into a venue tucked between the Loop 101 and 83rd Avenue — rideshare surge pricing on the way out runs 2x to 3x after major shows, and the exit queue onto 83rd Avenue can hold cars for 45 minutes.
State Farm Stadium's concert configuration (1 State Farm Stadium Way, Glendale, AZ 85305) adds another layer: the Glendale surface lots hit capacity on large-show days, and the walk from the remote shuttled lots to the main entrance is long enough in July to matter.
A Phoenix concert party bus rental changes every one of those equations. Your group boards together, the energy starts on the ride, and the bus handles drop-off near the venue entrance while your group walks straight in. Call 480-425-9845 to reserve your concert night transportation.

Phoenix Corporate Event Transportation
Phoenix is one of the fastest-growing corporate destinations in the Southwest, and the Valley's event calendar reflects it. The Phoenix Convention Center (100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) hosts major conferences year-round — the convention campus covers three levels with entrances on 3rd Street and Washington, and the charter bus drop-off uses the Washington Street corridor. For multi-day conventions, a dedicated shuttle loop between the convention center and nearby hotels in downtown Phoenix cuts out the cab and rideshare scramble entirely and keeps your delegates on schedule.
Companies with daily employee commute needs use our minibus fleet for shuttle routes between campus offices in Tempe, Chandler, and the Arizona State University Research Park and downtown Phoenix — a 35-passenger minibus with WiFi and power outlets means the commute becomes productive instead of frustrating. Executive airport transfers from Sky Harbor to Scottsdale corporate campuses are another core run. Call 480-425-9845 to discuss a Phoenix corporate shuttle contract and group rates.

Phoenix Private Event Transportation Services
The Valley's event calendar creates multiple windows each year where transportation logistics genuinely require a plan. The Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction lands in Scottsdale every January, drawing 300,000+ visitors to WestWorld of Scottsdale (16601 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260) — the parking situation on Pima Road during peak auction days is organized chaos, with shuttle zones and staggered access roads. A private charter bus drops your group at the WestWorld entrance and waits in a designated spot, skipping the wait entirely.
Spring training in February and March puts the Cactus League across 10 Valley ballparks simultaneously — Camelback Ranch (10710 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037), Salt River Fields (7555 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85258), and American Family Fields (3600 N 51st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85031) are just three of the stops. A private bus keeps your group hopping between ballparks without the parking puzzle at each one. Call 480-425-9845 and we will build a custom transportation plan for your private event!

Phoenix Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Valley runs hard from late April through May, with high schools across Maricopa County — from Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix to Desert Ridge High School in Mesa — booking venues during the same 5-week window. Demand for party buses spikes, and the right-size vehicles go first. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or very limited availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at the Desert Botanical Garden, venue drop-off at a Scottsdale hotel ballroom, and after-party return — costs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months in advance. Waiting until March or April can push that same package to $2,800–$3,500 or result in no availability at all. Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona works with parent committees and student groups across Maricopa County to build prom transportation plans that keep every stop on schedule.
Call 480-425-9845 today to lock in your date before the Valley's fleet fills up.

Phoenix School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers across Maricopa County rely on Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona for school field trip transportation because coordinating a group of students across the Valley's sprawl with multiple cars is a genuine headache — and a full charter bus solves it in one booking. The Musical Instrument Museum (4725 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050) is one of the Valley's most popular school destinations; the group entrance is on the east side of the building off Mayo Boulevard, and bus staging fills early on busy school mornings, so one vehicle simplifies arrival considerably.
Other popular school runs include the Arizona Science Center (600 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) in downtown Phoenix, the Desert Botanical Garden (1201 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008), and the Heard Museum (2301 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004). Full-size charter buses provide overhead storage for backpacks and lunch coolers, climate control for Arizona's shoulder-season heat, and TV monitors for educational content or movies on the ride home. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just let us know in advance.
Call 480-425-9845 for Phoenix school field trip bus rentals!

Phoenix Sporting Event Transportation
State Farm Stadium in Glendale (1 State Farm Stadium Way, Glendale, AZ 85305) is 16 miles from downtown Phoenix via the I-10 West — a drive that looks manageable on Google Maps and turns into a 45-minute parking lot on Cardinals home game days, with the final approach on Glendale Avenue backing up well before kickoff. The stadium surface lots require pre-purchased permits, on-site sales are limited, and the lot closest to Gate 3 fills 3+ hours before kickoff. A Phoenix charter bus rental drops your entire group at the correct stadium gate and picks everyone up post-game while other fans are still stuck in the Glendale surface lot crawl.
Footprint Center (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) hosts the Suns and Mercury in the heart of downtown Phoenix, where parking garages on 1st and 2nd Streets fill fast on playoff nights and rideshare surge pricing spikes after final buzzers. A Phoenix minibus rental takes your crew directly to Jefferson Street, steps from the arena entrance, then is waiting when the game ends. Phoenix Rising FC plays at Phoenix Rising Soccer Complex (3460 N Fiesta Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85297) — a far east Valley run where a charter bus beats coordinating a caravan on the Loop 202.
Call 480-425-9845 to book your game-day group transportation!

Phoenix Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Phoenix weddings often span the entire Valley — a ceremony at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, a reception at The Camby in Midtown Phoenix, and guests staying at three different hotels across Scottsdale and Tempe. Without shuttle service, someone is always late, someone always gets lost on the Pima Road interchange, and someone in formal wear is always walking three blocks in 95-degree October heat. A Phoenix wedding shuttle solves all three problems before they become problems.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run from the hotel to the ceremony with premium leather and privacy glass. For the guest shuttle loop, a 35-passenger minibus running staggered departures from hotels keeps your wedding timeline tight — clear pickup windows and a single point of contact from the first quote to the final hotel return. Because Party Bus In Phoenix Arizona has coordinated weddings across the Valley since 2011, your day stays on schedule even when the reception runs long on the Scottsdale Fashion Square side of the city.
Call 480-425-9845 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Phoenix Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Arizona's wine country clusters two hours south of Phoenix in the Sonoita and Willcox appellations, but the Valley itself has a growing craft brewery and distillery scene worth a full-day tour. Four Peaks Brewery (1340 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) is the Valley's most celebrated craft brewery, with a historic brick building and a taproom that draws lines on weekends. SanTan Brewing Company (8 S San Marcos Pl, Chandler, AZ 85225) anchors Chandler's downtown.
Helton Brewing (1517 E Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014) offers a neighborhood taproom close to the Camelback corridor. The Wren (2432 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016) is a cocktail bar that works well as a final stop.
Your group stays in one comfortable vehicle across every stop — no splitting into separate cars, no worrying about who is staying sober, no hunting for parking at each new address across a spread-out Valley. Call 480-425-9845 for a free quote on your Phoenix pub crawl or winery tour transportation!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Phoenix Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Phoenix, Arizona?
Phoenix party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Our current rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak-season dates like Cactus League spring training, Cardinals playoff games, and prom weekends in late April and May carry higher rates and tighter availability.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your date and route is to call 480-425-9845 — we provide all-inclusive pricing with no hidden costs in under 30 seconds.
When should I book a party bus for a Cactus League spring training trip?
February and March are the Valley's single busiest stretch for group bus transportation outside of prom season. All 15 MLB organizations train in the greater Phoenix area simultaneously, drawing over 200,000 fans to 10 different ballparks across 6 weeks. Vehicles book out 2–3 months ahead for the peak weekend games.
If your spring training trip involves multiple ballparks in a single day — Salt River Fields in the morning, American Family Fields in the afternoon — book by December to secure the right vehicle size and the best rate. Waiting until January typically means a 20–30% price increase and limited availability on weekend game days.
How does a charter bus pick up my group at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?
Sky Harbor's commercial vehicle pickup operates on the Arrival Level (Level 1) curbside at Terminals 3 and 4. Once your full group has retrieved luggage and assembled at the agreed-upon terminal door, your group coordinator lets our team know the bus can head to the correct commercial lane. Do not call for the bus until everyone is together with bags — Sky Harbor manages curbside dwell times carefully, and buses are given limited loading windows.
For group arrivals where passengers come in on multiple flights, we recommend picking one spot inside (the baggage carousel area) to meet before heading to the curb. We recommend reviewing the official Sky Harbor ground transportation page before your arrival day.
Where do charter buses park at State Farm Stadium for Cardinals games?
State Farm Stadium surface lots require pre-purchased parking permits — none are sold at the gate on game day. Charter buses and oversized vehicles use the designated bus zones in the West surface lots, accessed from Glendale Avenue west of the stadium. The main approach is via the I-10 West to Loop 101 North to Glendale Avenue — police typically close the surface road network around the stadium 60–90 minutes before kickoff on sellout nights.
We coordinate the bus parking pass and approach route as part of your booking — review the official State Farm Stadium parking page before game day to confirm current lot assignments.
What's the best Phoenix party bus option for a multi-stop Old Town Scottsdale bar crawl?
For a Scottsdale bar crawl with 15–30 people, a 20- to 30-passenger party bus is the right pick — large enough to keep the whole group together, nimble enough to navigate the tighter surface streets around Old Town without needing a wide commercial truck approach. The onboard bar means drinks on the move between stops, the LED lighting sets the tone from pickup, and the Bluetooth sound system connects to whatever the group is playing. Our team can help you sequence a route from the hotel pickup through 4–6 stops on Scottsdale Road and the Old Town district, ending with a hotel return.
Call 480-425-9845 and we'll build the route around your group's stops.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Phoenix-area events, booking 3–6 months out secures the best vehicle at the best price. Booking urgency is highest during three windows: prom season (late April–May, book by December), Cactus League spring training (February–March, book by December for weekend games), and major one-time events like the Super Bowl or a major concert at State Farm Stadium (book as soon as the event is announced — Valley fleet supply commits fast). For weddings and corporate events in peak fall and spring months (October–November, March–April), 6–9 months of lead time is common.
For most weeknight and off-peak weekend trips, 2–4 weeks is workable — but earlier always means more options at a better rate. Call 480-425-9845 to lock in your date before someone else does.
Popular Phoenix Party Bus Destinations
Phoenix's sprawling Valley gives your group bus itinerary a lot to work with — sports arenas, desert botanical gardens, world-class resorts, and a live music scene that runs year-round. Here are six destinations that come up most often when groups book a Phoenix party bus rental with us.

Footprint Center
Home of the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury since 1992, Footprint Center sits at the center of Phoenix's downtown sports and entertainment corridor. The arena holds 18,422 for basketball and scales up for major concerts. Street parking on Jefferson, 1st, and 2nd Streets fills within 90 minutes of a Suns tip-off, and the three closest garages — Patriots Square, the Chase Tower lot, and the lot on 1st Avenue — hit capacity on playoff nights by 6 PM.
Official bus and commercial vehicle drop-off uses Jefferson Street on the south side of the arena, placing your group steps from the main entrance. Post-game rideshare demand spikes sharply on 2nd Street — a charter bus waiting nearby is the cleanest exit. We recommend checking the official Footprint Center transportation page before your visit.
Address: 201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004
Phone: (602) 379-7800

State Farm Stadium
State Farm Stadium hosts the Arizona Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl, WrestleMania, and a rotating calendar of stadium-scale concerts. With a retractable roof and a capacity of 63,400, it's the largest sports venue in the Southwest and one of the most logistically complex to reach on a big game day. The I-10 West and Loop 101 North interchange backs up badly in the final 90 minutes before kickoff, and the surface lot network around Cardinals Way and Glendale Avenue closes to inbound traffic well before the lots fill.
All parking requires pre-purchased permits; bus and oversized vehicle zones are in the West surface lots. The stadium hosted Super Bowl LVII in 2023 and has been confirmed for future College Football Playoff games. Check the official parking and transportation page before every visit — lot assignments shift by event type.
Address: 1 State Farm Stadium Way, Glendale, AZ 85305
Phone: (623) 433-7101

Desert Botanical Garden
The Desert Botanical Garden spans 140 acres in Papago Park, housing more than 50,000 plants from the world's desert regions, including the largest collection of Sonoran Desert plants on earth. Open daily, with hours extending into the evening for the popular Las Noches de las Luminarias event in December, which draws tens of thousands of visitors and pushes parking on Galvin Parkway to capacity. Bus and oversized vehicle drop-off uses the north side of the parking area off Galvin Parkway; the main garden entrance is a short walk from the designated group staging area.
School groups and corporate event buses should coordinate with the garden's group sales office ahead of time. For evening light events, book transportation well in advance — Papago Park's road network sees significant congestion in the final hour before gate opening. Admission is $29.95 for adults.
Address: 1201 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008
Phone: (480) 941-1225

Musical Instrument Museum
The Musical Instrument Museum is one of the most visited cultural institutions in the Valley, housing more than 7,000 instruments from 200 countries across 200,000 square feet in north Phoenix near the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road interchange. The museum is a frequent school field trip destination and a popular stop on cultural and corporate tour itineraries. The group entrance is on the east side of the building off Mayo Boulevard; bus staging is in the northeast area of the parking lot, which fills on busy school-season mornings by mid-morning.
Groups of 10 or more qualify for discounted admission rates and should book guided experiences at least two weeks in advance. The on-site Restaurant MIM serves lunch daily, making it a natural full-day outing stop. General admission runs $20 for adults, $15 for youth.
Address: 4725 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050
Phone: (480) 478-6000

WestWorld of Scottsdale
WestWorld of Scottsdale is the Valley's premier equestrian and multi-use event facility, hosting the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction every January, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show in February, and dozens of corporate trade shows and consumer expos year-round. The January Barrett-Jackson event alone draws over 300,000 visitors across 10 days, turning Pima Road and the Loop 101 interchange at Pima into one of the most congested corridors in the state. Commercial vehicle and charter bus drop-off uses the designated zones on the west side of the WestWorld campus; oversized vehicle parking is available in the outer lots.
For Barrett-Jackson and the Arabian Horse Show, parking fills in the inner lots well before peak afternoon hours — a charter bus drops your group at the correct entrance and cuts out the shuttle-from-remote-lot scramble. Review the official WestWorld site for current event-day parking and access information.
Address: 16601 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Phone: (480) 502-5600

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is the spring training home of both the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks, and with a capacity of 11,000, it consistently ranks among the best Cactus League facilities in the Valley. The ballpark sits on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land near the Loop 101 and Pima Road interchange. Game-day parking on-site runs $10–$15 per car and fills early for marquee matchups — sold-out weekends in late February and March see Pima Road backed up an hour before first pitch.
Charter bus and oversized vehicle parking is available in designated lots off Talking Stick Way; the bus drop-off zone places your group near the main Gates 1 and 2 entrance on the south side of the stadium.
